The team landed in Atlanta. A few more flights for some of the team but all the international travel is complete.
Peace,

Mareike just emailed me and said all of the Germans are back home. Their luggage is somewhere in Paris but after a long flight nobody really cares where their luggage is. The American part of the team should be on their way to Atlanta.
Mareike also sent a picture of the new Integrity Worldwide sign that is on the road to Meto. This sign is at the beginning of the dusty road to Meto.
I’ll update again when the team arrives in Atlanta.
Peace,
Emery

I just talked to Mom. They are about to have a team meeting and then go to the Nairobi airport. Everyone is great and ready to start the journey back home. Mom said everyone had a great trip. She will call me when they get to Amsterdam and again when they land in Atlanta.
Peace!

The team is traveling from Amboseli to Nairobi today.
Part of the trip is ~25 miles of dirt road. One time, during a drought, the road had constant bumps in it like a washboard. Going slow over it would almost knock your teeth out, not to mention it would take forever to get there. Our driver decided it was better to do it going about 40-50 mph. It was like riding on a jackhammer. We even came off the ground a few times on the big bumps. It was a really fun trip.
Update: The team is at their hotel in Nairobi. They had a long drive but everyone is great.

As I said yesterday, I want to introduce you guys to a friend of ours in Meto. He doesn’t speak any english but we’ve spent tons of time with him and he is just an awesome guy.
Say hi to the Chuck Norris of Kenya. Isaiah grew up according to Masai tradition and was a warrior when he was a teenager. Killing a lion is one of the ways you become a warrior, so Isaiah is like a spear wielding superman to us. We call him the terminator because he is normally the one who converts livestock into meat.
Here are a few things you probably didn’t know about Isaiah:
So if you’re ever in Meto, look Isaiah up. You’ll be glad you did.
Peace!
